Care

The inside and the outside of this bottle are cleaned differently. Please do not treat them the same way.

Inside (raw copper): rinse after use. When the interior looks dull or dark, make a paste of lemon and salt or use a pinch of tamarind, rub gently, rinse very thoroughly with clean water, and dry. Some darkening inside is completely normal for uncoated copper.

Outside (clear lacquer over print): wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap only. Never use lemon, salt, tamarind, vinegar, copper polish, scouring pads or any abrasive on the outside. These will cloud or strip the lacquer and damage the printed design underneath.
