When shipments of sacred items arrive at our fulfilment facility, we divide them into small batches and move each batch through a care protocol before it ever reaches your order:

• Energising ritual - these items are then charged with positive intention before being packed
• No-touch policy with gloves - for pooja samagri, idols, books, malas, and crystals, our team wears gloves throughout handling. Nothing touches these products except clean, intentional hands.

This protocol applies to spiritual and worship items. Decorative items - like home décor pieces and handcrafted pieces from our artisan partners - are handled with the same care and cleanliness, but don't go through the energising ritual since they aren't intended for worship.
