Divine Sansar – Shipping Policy

At Divine Sansar, we believe every order carries not just products, but blessings. That’s why we ensure your pooja essentials reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently deliver across the UAE only.

  • For urgent deliveries, please contact us directly on WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to assist.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 business days.

  • Urgent Orders: Reach out via WhatsApp for priority handling.

  • Please note that deliveries may experience slight delays during festivals, public holidays, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above AED 30.

  • For orders below AED 30, a flat AED 10 delivery fee applies.

4. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed 1–3 business days.

  • Transit time is 1–4 business days

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping takes 1 to 4 business days to reach your destination (Monday – Saturday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Most customers receive their blessings within 2 to 7 business days.

5. Packaging

  • Every Divine Sansar order is packed with love using eco-friendly, festive packaging.

  • We ensure all fragile items are safely wrapped to reach you in perfect condition.

6. Delays & Service Guarantee

  • While most orders arrive within 2-7 days, if your order is not delivered within 7 business days, you will automatically receive an AED 15 store credit as our commitment to timely service.

  • In case of courier delays beyond our control, we still take full responsibility and will support you until your order is delivered.

7. Damaged Orders

  • If your package arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
