This is a festive bandhanwar for your door, made from rows of white pearl strings that fall into neat triangles along a gold bead band about 95 cm wide.
Each triangle point ends in a cluster of red, yellow or green pom-poms with gold bead caps, so the pearl reads clean and bright while the colours bring the celebration. Utsav means festival, and this is a toran made for one.

How do I hang it?
Hang it from two small hooks or nails at the ends, just above the door frame. In a rented flat, removable adhesive hooks keep the wall clean and come off without marks.

No. These are decorative pearl beads, the same finish used on festive torans and bridal decor. They keep their shine year after year and need no special care.
Is it only for Diwali?
