Navaratri, a vibrant and spiritually significant Hindu festival, is a nine-night extravaganza celebrated passionately throughout India and by Hindu communities worldwide. The word “Navaratri” translates to “Nine Nights” in Sanskrit, marking the essence of this festival. It typically falls in the autumn season, between September and October, coinciding with the lunar calendar. They are held at the same time as the Nine Emperor Festival.
This year, Navratri begins on the 3rd of October and ends on the 12th of October.
